We process the full name, company, email address, phone number, country and message content that you send us through the contact form or by email. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed to respond to your request, prepare quotes and conduct the business relationship, based on your explicit consent and on the processing being directly related to the conclusion of a contract.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties. Where a commercial transaction requires it, data may be shared only with the relevant supplier, carrier, bank or inspection company, and only to the extent the transaction requires.

Retention period

After your request has been concluded, the data is kept for the periods required by the applicable legislation and is then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, you can write to info@rota-group.net. Applications are answered within thirty days at the latest.
