Istanbul-based transit trading company

ROTA GROUP Makine Elektronik Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was established in Istanbul to trade machinery, electrical, electronic and industrial materials between countries.

Who we are

The route (rota) in our name sums up what we do: finding the right path for a product from manufacturer to buyer, and carrying the commercial side of that journey.

Our company operates in international wholesale trade. Our articles of association cover a wide product range, from machinery and equipment to electronic components, from lighting to automotive spare parts. We use this breadth so that buyers can work with a single point of contact.

Our headquarters is in Mecidiyeköy, Şişli. Contracts, documents and payments are handled from here, while the goods travel directly from where they are produced to the destination country.

How we work

  1. Specification first

Before discussing price, we clarify the technical specifications, standards and intended use of the product.

  2. Consistent documents

At the start of each order, we plan for the invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin to be consistent with one another.

  3. Open communication

If there is any change to the lead time, shipping date or documents, we inform the buyer the same day.

  4. Compliance first

We do not carry out any transaction that fails to comply with sanctions and export control rules, whatever the price.
